This Package has all Bronze plus Server Patching and Anti Virus / Security Monitoring. Our Project Hourly Rate is also discounted and minor tasks (Add users /email) are included

Gold Support Package

Includes all Silver plus Offsite backup for servers up to 500 GB, further reduced Project Hourly Rate, Patch management and advice on strategy, DR and planning. The response time is also reduced to 2 hours

Platinum Support Package

This package is designed for larger organisations of over 75 users with distributed site. Please contact us to discuss your requirements in more detail
